Terms of Service

This Terms of Service document is an offer by Individual Entrepreneur K. Yu. Kotov (the “Administration”) to enter into an agreement on the terms below.

1. General provisions

1.1. Platform means the software and hardware integrated with the Administration website. User means a legally capable individual acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a legal entity. Website means websites in the gen-api.ru domain and its subdomains. Service means the services and license provided through the Platform. Agreement means these terms together with all amendments.

1.2. Viewing materials, registering or signing in, and posting or displaying text, links, images, audio, video, or other information constitutes acceptance of this Agreement under Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.3. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Agreement in full and will comply with it or stop using the Service. The Administration may amend the Agreement without special notice; the new version takes effect when published or otherwise communicated. You also accept the Privacy Policy and acknowledge the Refund Policy at https://gen-neuro.ru/legal/privacy-policy and https://gen-neuro.ru/legal/cancellation-policy.

2. General conditions of use

2.1. The Service may be used only after registration and authorization under the procedure established by the Administration.

2.2. Technical, organizational, and commercial conditions are published on the Website or communicated to Users.

2.3. Your login and password are sufficient credentials for access. You must keep them secure and may not transfer them to third parties.

2.4. You may not post materials that violate Russian law or intellectual-property rights.

3. Warranties

3.1. You warrant that your use of the Service complies with Russian law and does not violate third-party rights. 3.2. The Administration does not warrant uninterrupted operation. 3.3. You agree to comply with this Agreement.

4. Limitation of liability

The Administration is not responsible for unlawful actions by Users, infringement of third-party rights, lost profits, or other losses.

5. Rights of the parties

The Administration may suspend a User’s access for violating this Agreement or at its discretion.

6. Communications

By accepting this Agreement, the User agrees to receive messages from the Administration by email.
