Personal Data Processing Policy
1. General provisions
This policy is prepared under Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 and describes how Vladislav Ivanovich Yakunin (the “Operator”) processes and protects personal data. Protecting privacy and personal and family confidentiality is a core priority. This Policy applies to information obtained from visitors to https://gen-neuro.ru.
2. Key terms
Automated processing means processing with computer technology. Blocking means temporarily stopping processing. You must provide accurate data and notify the Operator when it changes.

Processing is lawful, fair, limited to specified purposes, and proportionate. Incompatible databases are not combined. Only data needed for the stated purposes is processed; accuracy is maintained and data is kept no longer than necessary.

The Operator may process names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other data voluntarily supplied to provide access to the Service, communicate with Users, process requests, improve the Website, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations. Depersonalized analytics data and cookies may be processed when permitted by browser settings. Marketing communications require consent and can be stopped by contacting gen-neuro@gmail.com.

Before a cross-border transfer, the Operator will notify the authorized authority when required and obtain the information required by law from the intended foreign recipients.
11. Confidentiality
The Operator and anyone with access to personal data must not disclose or distribute it without the data subject’s consent unless federal law provides otherwise.
